Set among the quiet fields of Kalafatis, a 10-minute walk from the beach and about 6 km from Mykonos Town, Villa Ktima is a full private estate: a Mediterranean garden, open views to the sea and an impressive 250 m² lake-shaped heated infinity pool at its heart.
Nine double rooms are shared between two houses. The White House has four suites, including a honeymoon suite with its own terrace and heated jacuzzi, and the Stone House has two suites and three bedrooms, with its own kitchen, living room and BBQ veranda. Around them are two pool bars, sheltered dining areas, a wine cellar, a spa room, a gym, yoga and massage spaces, a chapel and even a helipad.
Days start with a signature breakfast, and an in-house team looks after daily housekeeping, turndown and night security. Private chefs, a sommelier, spa treatments, yacht and helicopter trips can all be arranged.
