Brand new for 2026, Villa Lithos sits on 6.5 acres in Pirgi with uninterrupted views of the Aegean, just 5 km from Mykonos Town and 3.5 km from the airport. Natural rocks and local plants run through the gardens, blending the villa into the landscape.
A three-floor main house and two guest houses offer 805 m² of space, with eight king-size bedrooms, each with its own marble bathroom and many with private entrances. Some bedrooms have their own heated pools, in addition to the main heated infinity pool. Inside, the interiors feature Baxter, Riva and Fantini pieces alongside handmade Mykonian ceramics.
There is a private spa with sauna and massage room, a gym, a professional tennis court, an outdoor BBQ with indoor and outdoor dining, a SONOS sound system throughout and a chapel for private ceremonies. A private chef serves breakfast daily, with a butler eight hours a day, daily housekeeping and night security included.
