The 350 m² villa is spread over a two-level main house and two independent guest houses, with seven en-suite double bedrooms in all. At the back, an 11 x 6 m pool with sunbeds is a private spot to sunbathe, while at the front a spa pool with hydromassage looks out over Psarou. Shaded pergolas hold several lounge and dining areas, a BBQ and a wind-protected outdoor table, and inside there is a living room with a fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
